Have you seen it? Have you read the amazing book yet? If not you definitely should! I'm pretty sure I damaged my eyes with all the copious crying I did today. The amount eclipsed my tears shed when Sirius died in book 5 of Harry Potter and the end of the Notebook combined. So don't say I didn't warn you.
Anyways, I did give myself a headache so I had to kick back and relax a bit before hopping on the computer to bring you your next sweet treat. I promise I haven't forgotten you wonderful followers (and visitors) of mine!
In case if you're new around here, here's how it works:
- Swing by the blog on Saturdays to snag a sweet free treat
- See a sneak peak of the Sunday Super Steal Deal item (or items)
- Super Steal Deals start on SUNDAY and last all week!
- Facebook Fans have an additional opportunity to win the Sunday Steal Deal (make sure you're a fan!)
Today's sweet treat comes from my newest creation, Stationery Central. There are 4 different cute pencil pages included to support the various levels of your writers:
I don't know about your class, but my kiddos love to write letters and notes to each other! I usually introduce different kinds of letter writing throughout the year in conjunction with dramatic play. For example, around Christmas we learned how to write letters (we practiced first by writing to Santa Claus) and cards.
Around Valentine's Day we add postcards into the mix, so that at the dramatic play post office the kiddos can choose between post cards or sending a letter.
After letter writing has been introduced, the materials remain available in the writing center for the kiddos to choose during Work on Writing if they want. I keep it fun and engaging with different seasonal stationery templates. You can find the letter writing stationery, anchor charts, launch lesson plans and more in the pack below- which you can grab for a STEAL of a deal all next week!
What a great post, and a wonderful freebie!! My kinders LOVE to write letters and cards to each other! In the beginning of the year I make a 'Class Picture Dictionary' with all of their pictures next to their name so they can choose the friend they want to write to! Thanks so very much for sharing such great writing stationary, it will be a wonderful addition to my Writing Center for my kinders to work on during Daily 5. Thank you so much for sharing, I'm your newest follower!!
